Autoimmune hepatitis

🌿 Autoimmune Hepatitis: Homeopathic Therapeutics

Autoimmune hepatitis is a chronic disease where the immune system attacks the liver, causing inflammation and liver damage.

Key Remedies:

  • Chelidonium majus: Liver pains radiating to the right scapula, yellow-coated tongue, desire for hot drinks.

  • Phosphorus: Hepatic degeneration with tendency to hemorrhage, intense thirst for cold drinks.

  • Lycopodium clavatum: Liver enlargement, flatulence, right-sided complaints aggravated between 4–8 PM.

  • Carduus marianus: Specific liver remedy for portal congestion, jaundice, and liver inflammation.

Pleurisy

🌿 Pleurisy: Homeopathic Therapeutics

Pleurisy is an inflammation of the pleura, the lining around the lungs. It often presents with sharp chest pain that worsens during breathing or coughing.

Key Remedies:

  • Bryonia alba: Stitching chest pains, aggravated by the slightest movement. Patient prefers absolute rest.

  • Aconitum napellus: Sudden onset of pleuritic pain after exposure to cold, dry winds. Accompanied by anxiety and restlessness.

  • Apis mellifica: Burning, stinging pain with noticeable swelling. Worse by heat, better by cold applications.

  • Kali carbonicum: Sharp, stitching chest pains that typically worsen between 2–3 AM.

  • Sulphur: Useful for chronic pleurisy cases with burning sensations and incomplete recovery.

Bronchopneumonia

🌿 Bronchopneumonia: Homeopathic Therapeutics

Bronchopneumonia, a form of pneumonia affecting patches throughout both lungs, is common in the elderly and young children.

Key Remedies:

  • Antimonium tartaricum: Rattling of mucus in the chest with very little expectoration; drowsiness and weakness.

  • Phosphorus: Rapidly spreading inflammation, hemoptysis, thirst for cold drinks.

  • Bryonia alba: Dry, painful cough with stitching pain in chest, worse on movement.

  • Ipecacuanha: Constant nausea with suffocative cough, little or no expectoration.
